Pricing — early-bird, while the beta runs

Straightforward pricing, no reduced-quality free tier

Every alert is full quality, whether you're on the free allowance, the trial, or paid. What changes is how many you get, not how good they are.

Free

£0

  • 20 events total, or 90 days — whichever comes first
  • First 5 events: confirmation + day-before + pre-departure alerts
  • Events 6–20: pre-departure alert only, full quality
  • Running "X of 20 used" note on each alert

Paid

£1.99/mo

  • Early-bird rate — standard rate is £2.99/mo
  • £19.99/year early-bird, £29.99/year standard
  • Unlimited events
  • Priced in GBP regardless of your location
Worth more than it costs

A year of RunTimeCal at the early-bird rate is £19.99 — roughly what an hour of premium short-stay airport parking costs if a delay catches you out. It only has to help you avoid that once to have paid for itself for the year.

Free tier, in detail

How the free allowance actually works

This is a genuine one-time lifetime allowance, not a renewing monthly quota — worth understanding exactly, since it's different from most free tiers.

Limit
20 events, or 90 days from your first use — whichever happens first, then it's permanently exhausted.
Events 1–5
Full experience: confirmation receipt, day-before alert, and pre-departure alert.
Events 6–20
Pre-departure alert only — but at unreduced quality. We deliberately don't weaken the alert itself, since that would undermine the point of trying it.
Tracking
Each pre-departure alert shows a running note: "X of 20 used, ends [date]" — so you always know where you stand.
After the limit
The free tier doesn't renew. Continuing requires the trial or a paid plan.
Background monitoring
The silent midway flight check (catches cancellations, delays, and early departures) runs for every event, free tier included — it's not gated behind the limit above.
Common questions

Before you pick a plan

Why does pricing stay in GBP everywhere?

It's genuinely GBP-priced regardless of where you are, rather than a converted display price — this is deliberate, not a bug, since it reflects the real business pricing rather than a currency-localised estimate.

What happens when the 28-day trial ends?

It automatically converts to a paid subscription at the early-bird rate unless you cancel first — the standard Stripe trial-then-convert flow.

Is the free tier's alert quality actually worse?

No — events 6–20 only lose the confirmation and day-before alerts, not the accuracy of the pre-departure alert itself. It's the same live-data calculation either way.

Is the early-bird rate permanent?

It's tied to the current early-launch period. The standard rate (£2.99/mo, £29.99/year) is what pricing moves to afterward.
